MarcAnthony case study
A salon-quality hair care brand, rebuilt online as a store, a salon and a style magazine in one.
- 6hair collections in the launch store
- 2markets: United States and Canada
- 1WordPress + WooCommerce site the in-house team could run
Marc Anthony True Professional sells salon-quality hair care at drugstores across North America. The brand needed a site that looked like a salon and sold like a store.
Media first, then the website.
Our team (then PR Revolution, the agency Adam Segall ran before Unified Marketing) first ran Marc Anthony's digital media: banner campaigns, Facebook and Instagram advertising, contests and a store-locator microsite. The brand then hired us to rebuild its website.
A salon, a store and a magazine.
A responsive WordPress and WooCommerce site in the brand's new visual language: bold collection banners, a featured-products carousel and "complete your look" cross-sells, a salon section with appointment requests and stylist profiles, Style Pro Tips videos and a heritage timeline.
Live, then handed over.
We designed, built and reviewed the site in rounds with the brand team, launched it, then handed the server and theme to Marc Anthony's in-house developer. The brand has since rebuilt marcanthony.com, so every screen below comes from our original build.

Good questions.
Did Unified Marketing build marcanthony.com?
Our team built Marc Anthony True Professional's website, working as PR Revolution, the agency Adam Segall ran before Unified Marketing. The brand has since rebuilt the site, so this case study shows our original build.
What else did the team do for Marc Anthony?
Before the website, we ran the brand's digital media: display banner campaigns, Facebook and Instagram advertising, contest and promotion strategy, and a WordPress microsite with a store locator.
Can a drugstore brand sell direct online?
Yes. The site we built paired the brand's retail presence with its own WooCommerce store, so fans could buy a full regimen direct, with cross-sells that matched stylers to the right shampoo and treatment.
