Is a hand-coded site really faster than WordPress?
Yes. Hand-coding removes the plugin bloat and render-blocking themes that slow most WordPress sites down. You get a leaner site that hits its Largest Contentful Paint budget, passes Core Web Vitals, and costs less to maintain, because there is simply less code doing less work on every page load.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
You will. We build with a simple editing setup and walk your team through it, so you can change text, swap images, and post updates without calling a developer for every small edit. For structural changes, we are a message away or on a care plan.
What about security and hosting?
