Analytics and Growth

Decisions backed by data, not a hunch.

Clean measurement, honest audits, and strategy that tells you where the next dollar of growth actually comes from.

01The problem

Activity is easy to see. Growth is easy to fake.

Most businesses have analytics installed and no idea what it is telling them. Reports pile up with impressions and clicks, calls come in untracked, and nobody can connect the spend to the money it made.

Without clean measurement and a real plan, marketing becomes a list of tasks nobody can prioritize. You end up doing more of everything instead of more of what works.

02Why it matters

What this pillar changes for you.

  1. Measurement you can trust

First-party, server-side tracking that survives ad blockers and cookie loss, so your numbers are real.

  2. Reporting tied to revenue

Every channel connects to leads, calls, and sales, so you see what earned and what only looked busy.

  3. A clear next move

Audits and strategy that rank opportunities by impact, so you know exactly where the next dollar goes.

  4. Fewer black boxes

You own the accounts, the data, and the roadmap. Nothing is locked away where you cannot check it.

03How it works

How we turn data into direction.

A repeatable process, run by the same in-house team from kickoff to launch.

  1. Step 01

    Measure clean

We set up GA4, server-side and first-party tracking, and call tracking so every visit, ranking, form, and call is captured correctly.

  2. Step 02

    Find the leaks

We audit the site, SEO, ads, and analytics stack to see what is working, what is broken, and what is worth fixing first.

  3. Step 03

    Prioritize the plan

We rank opportunities by impact and effort, so effort goes where it moves revenue, not where it feels productive.

  4. Step 04

    Guide the execution

Whether we run it or your team does, you get a roadmap, dashboards, and a point of view to steer by.

04What's included

What's inside the pillar.

  • 01

    GA4 and tracking setup

Correct GA4 configuration, event tracking, and conversion goals so the data reflects what actually happens.

  • 02

    Server-side and first-party tracking

Measurement that holds up as third-party cookies fade, so attribution stays reliable.

  • 03

    Call and lead tracking

Trackable numbers and form capture that tie phone calls and inquiries back to the source that drove them.

  • 04

    Revenue dashboards

Live dashboards that report on outcomes, not vanity metrics, in language anyone on your team can read.

  • 05

    Full-stack audits

One-time deep reviews of your site, SEO, ads, and analytics with a prioritized growth roadmap.

  • 06

    Strategy and consulting

Fractional strategy and planning for teams that execute in-house and want a senior point of view.

07Questions

Analytics and growth questions we hear a lot.

What is the difference between an audit and ongoing reporting?

An audit is a one-time deep review that finds problems and hands you a prioritized roadmap. Reporting is the ongoing measurement that tracks results month over month. Most businesses start with an audit, then move into reporting once the fixes are in.

Do I need this if I already have Google Analytics?

Usually yes. Having GA4 installed is not the same as measuring what matters. We configure it correctly, connect it to real outcomes, and make sure calls and leads are tracked, which is where most setups fall short.

Can you just advise while my team does the work?

Yes. Our consulting and strategy track is built for teams that execute in-house. You get the roadmap, the priorities, and a senior sounding board, and your team runs the plays.

What is server-side tracking and why does it matter?

Server-side tracking records events from your server instead of only the browser, so ad blockers and lost cookies do not erase your data. As third-party cookies fade, it keeps your measurement and ad optimization accurate.
