UnifiedIQ
29 AI agents. One human team. Every lead.
UnifiedIQ is the platform Unified Marketing built to run our clients’ marketing. Twenty-nine AI agents watch your website, Google presence, calls, CRM and ads around the clock, and our team of people turns what they find into decisions, work and results you can see.

Meet the team behind our team.
Inside UnifiedIQ, 29 AI agents across eight departments each own a real job, from Ava, who routes the work, to Priya on Google Ads, Kenji on tracking and Theo on reporting. They watch every website, lead, ad, ranking and review, talk to each other about what they find, pitch ideas and draft reports. Adam and our team of people oversee all of it. They set the strategy, approve everything that goes out, and still do plenty of hands-on work. The agents make sure they, and you, have the full picture the moment it matters.
Ask anyone what they’re working on, give the team a job, filter by department, or drag the map to spin it.
An illustrative simulation of the work UnifiedIQ agents and our team do. Everyone marked Human is a real member of our team. Everyone marked AI is a UnifiedIQ agent. Businesses are described by type and city only, and every figure here is an example.
The math most agencies don’t show you
How much time does your account really get?
At a typical agency, one account manager runs your account, along with six or seven others. Move the sliders to match what you’ve been told, and see what’s left for you, and what it would really cost to match what UnifiedIQ does.
A typical agency
308hours a year on your account
- 6.2 hrs a week
- 74 min a workday
- Only 37 min a day of real thinking once routine checking is done
- Someone is watching 3.5% of the year’s hours
- 1 generalist, off nights, weekends and holidays
Unified + UnifiedIQ
8,760hours a year your account is watched, every one of them
- 29 AI specialists on your account at the same time, plus our team
- Problems caught in minutes, at 3 AM on a Sunday too
- Agents do the routine checking, so our people spend 2× more of their time on strategy for you
- Someone is watching 100% of the year’s hours
- Every number sourced, every change approved by a person
When is someone actually watching your account? One square = one day of the year
The real value
To match this the old way, you’d need to hire…
Compare that with the $13,860 of one person’s time a typical agency spends on your account each year. With UnifiedIQ, that level of coverage comes standard, and our people get to spend their time thinking about your business instead of checking dashboards.
Estimates for illustration. A year has 8,760 hours. A typical account manager figure assumes the hours, account load and routine share set above. Staff-time value = hours × the hourly cost you set. UnifiedIQ coverage counts each of the 29 AI specialists watching your account every hour of the year.
People in charge. AI on watch, around the clock.
Adam, John, Jessica, Nick, Haley and Stephanie still oversee every account and do plenty of the work by hand: strategy, design, development, writing, and every conversation with you. What no person can do is watch everything, all the time. A full-time marketer works about 2,000 hours a year. The AI team works all 8,760, reads every search term, lead, ranking and review across every account at once, and never forgets what it saw. It supports us, and it supports you, so the decisions get made with better information, sooner.
The result: better, more informed decisions, made faster, by people who see the whole picture. Nothing slips through at 3 AM, and nothing goes out under your name without one of us approving it.
What UnifiedIQ runs.
Your website
A secure plugin links your WordPress site to the platform. Page titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemaps and internal links are managed centrally, and the site is watched for downtime, speed and broken links.
Being found
Rankings, the searches that bring people in, your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and how you show up when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google’s AI answers about your kind of business.
Every lead
Website forms, phone calls, taps on your phone number and new CRM contacts land in one inbox, each with where the person came from and the page they first landed on.
Smarter ads
When a lead books or buys, Google Ads is told which click it came from. Bidding learns from real revenue instead of raw clicks and form fills.
How a lead is tracked
From search to customer.
How we know where a lead came from.
For every lead, UnifiedIQ checks four things in order and uses the first one it finds:
1. An ad click. Google, Microsoft and Meta add a click ID to the link. The lead is credited to that network and campaign.
2. A tracking tag (UTM). Links we control, like your Google Business Profile button or an email, carry a tag that names the source.
3. The site they came from. Someone who clicks your listing on Google shows as google.com, with the exact page they landed on.
4. Your CRM. The source recorded in GoHighLevel.
If none of the four exist, the lead shows as Direct. That means unknown, not necessarily “typed in your address.” Links tapped inside text messages, email apps and Instagram or Facebook often don’t pass along where the visitor came from, and some browsers hide it for privacy. Tagging every link we control keeps that pile small.
Questions, answered.
What is UnifiedIQ?
UnifiedIQ is the marketing platform Unified Marketing built and runs for its clients. It connects a business’s website, Google presence, phone calls, CRM and ads so every lead can be traced to where it came from and every result is reported from real data.
Do I need to log in to anything?
No. We run UnifiedIQ for you. You get a client portal to see your reports, leads, approvals and requests whenever you want, and a weekly report in plain English.
What does “Direct” mean on a lead?
Direct means the source is unknown: there was no ad click, no tracking tag and no referring website. It happens when someone types your address, uses a bookmark, taps a link inside a text or social app, or browses with privacy settings that hide where they came from.
Does the tracking collect personal information?
The website only remembers the source of the visit and the landing page, in a first-party cookie on your own domain. Contact details are only recorded when a person chooses to send a form or call.
Will the plugin slow down or change my website?
No. It is a lightweight connector. Its service account can edit content only and cannot change settings, install plugins, edit themes or manage users.
How does UnifiedIQ make Google Ads perform better?
When a lead books an appointment or becomes a customer in your CRM, UnifiedIQ reports that result to Google Ads against the click it came from. Google’s bidding then optimizes toward people who actually buy, not just people who click.
Does UnifiedIQ really run 24/7?
Yes. Its agents check websites every few minutes, read ad search terms every 15 minutes, catch leads within seconds and run overnight sweeps every night, including weekends and holidays. Our team reviews and approves anything that goes out under your name.
Is the connection to my website secure?
Yes. Every instruction UnifiedIQ sends to your site is digitally signed and expires in 60 seconds, so it can’t be replayed or forged. The plugin’s service account can edit content only: no settings, plugins, themes or users.
Will it work with my existing forms?
Yes. It captures Gravity Forms, WPForms, Contact Form 7, Elementor, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable, Forminator, GoHighLevel forms and custom theme forms, and source tracking keeps working behind page caches. No rebuild needed.
