What We Solve · Getting found

Customers search for you and find someone else.

You do good work and people nearby need it. They just can't find you when they look, so they call whoever shows up first.

01The problem

Good work, no visibility.

A homeowner's water heater dies on a Sunday. She types "plumber near me" into her phone, sees three businesses on the map, and calls the first one that looks open. Your shop is two miles away and has better reviews on paper, but it isn't in those three. That call, and that customer for years, went somewhere else.

This happens to dental offices, law firms, salons and contractors every day. Usually the reasons are boring: a Google profile that was never verified or picked the wrong category, an old address still listed on a dozen directories, or a website with one page that says "services" and nothing about the actual jobs you do or the towns you serve. Google can't recommend what it can't understand.

The usual fixes don't stick. Someone posts on the profile for a month and stops. A cheap listing service pushes your info out once and never checks it again. Or a website gets rebuilt to look nicer while the pages Google reads stay just as thin. Getting found takes the basics done right, then kept right.

02What changes

What changes when people can find you.

  1. You show up nearby

Your profile and pages give Google clear reasons to show you to people searching in your area.

  2. More calls from search

Searchers can call, get directions or book straight from your listing, and we track each of those actions.

  3. Your info is right everywhere

Hours, phone and address match across Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and the directories people actually use.

  4. You know what's working

You see which searches and which pages bring in calls, not just a ranking chart.

03How we fix it

How we get you found.

A repeatable process, run by the same in-house team from kickoff to launch.

  1. Step 01

    Find the gaps

We look at your Google profile, listings and site the way a searcher and Google see them, and list what's missing or wrong.

  2. Step 02

    Fix the foundation

We verify and complete your profile, pick the right categories, and clean up old or conflicting listings.

  3. Step 03

    Build pages that match searches

We write a clear page for each service and area you cover, with the details customers ask about before they call.

  4. Step 04

    Keep it current

We add photos and posts, answer questions on your profile, and watch your rankings and calls every week.

04What you get

What you get.

  • 01

    Google Business Profile setup

A verified, complete profile with the right categories, services, hours, photos and booking or call links.

  • 02

    Listing cleanup

Your business info corrected and kept consistent across the major maps and directories.

  • 03

    Service and area pages

Real pages for the work you do and the places you serve, written for customers first.

  • 04

    Monthly visibility report

Plain-language results: where you show up, how many calls and direction requests came in, and what we're doing next.

05Any industry

Works the same in any business.

  • 01

    Home services

A roofer shows up across the towns it actually serves, not just the one on its mailing address.

  • 02

    Medical and dental practices

Patients searching for a specific treatment find the right location, hours and a way to book.

  • 03

    Restaurants

Menu, hours and photos stay accurate, so hungry people nearby pick you instead of scrolling past.

  • 04

    Law firms

Someone searching for a specific type of attorney in their county finds a page that speaks to their exact situation.

07Questions

Questions about getting found.

Why doesn't my business show up on Google Maps?

The most common reasons are an unverified or incomplete Google Business Profile, the wrong primary category, conflicting business info across the web, or too little on your website about your services and area. Distance from the searcher matters too. We check each of these and fix what's in your control.

How long does it take to show up?

Fixes like verification and corrected info can help within weeks. Building visibility in competitive areas takes longer and depends on your market. We won't promise a ranking, but we will show you exactly what's moving each month.

Do I need a new website for this?

Not always. Many sites just need better service and area pages, faster load times and clear contact options. If your site is holding you back, we'll tell you plainly and show you why.

Does this work for my industry?

Yes. Anyone who serves customers in a local area benefits, from contractors and clinics to salons, insurance agencies and retail shops. Businesses that serve customers at their homes and ones with a storefront need slightly different setups, and we handle both.

What do you need from me?

Access to your Google profile and website, a list of the services you want more of, and the areas you cover. Real photos of your team and work help a lot. We handle the rest and check with you before anything goes public.
