What We Solve · Getting found

People visit. Nobody calls.

Your reports show traffic. Your phone and inbox say otherwise. Somewhere between landing and reaching out, visitors are giving up.

01The problem

Traffic isn't the goal.

Someone needs a family law attorney. They click through to your site from Google, see a stock photo of a gavel and a paragraph about "zealous advocacy," and can't tell if you handle custody cases. The phone number is tiny in the corner. They hit back and call the next firm, whose page says "Custody lawyers in your county. Free consult. Call now."

Sites lose people for ordinary reasons. The page is slow on a phone. The headline is about you, not the visitor's problem. Forms ask for eight fields. There are no reviews, photos of real work, or anything that says "these people are real and nearby." Each one costs a few visitors, and together they cost most of them. Meanwhile you're paying for that traffic with ads, SEO or your own time.

The common reaction is a full redesign, which can take months and often swaps one set of guesses for another. Or more traffic gets bought to make up for a leaky site, which just makes the leak more expensive. Neither fixes the actual spots where people leave, because nobody measured them first.

02What changes

What changes when visitors reach out.

  1. More leads, same traffic

The visitors you already have turn into more calls, forms and bookings.

  2. Ad and SEO spend works harder

Every click you pay for or earn has a better chance of becoming a customer.

  3. Clear next steps

Visitors always know how to reach you, on any page, on any device.

  4. Decisions based on data

You see which pages and buttons produce leads, so changes are based on what people do, not opinions.

03How we fix it

How we turn visits into calls.

A repeatable process, run by the same in-house team from kickoff to launch.

  1. Step 01

    Track everything

We set up tracking on every call, text, form and button tap so we can see exactly where visitors go and where they stop.

  2. Step 02

    Find the drop-offs

We review real visitor sessions and page data to find the pages, sections and forms where people give up.

  3. Step 03

    Fix the biggest leaks first

We rewrite headlines, add proof, simplify forms, speed up pages and make calling or booking one tap away.

  4. Step 04

    Measure and repeat

We compare leads before and after each change, keep what works and move on to the next weak spot.

04What you get

What you get.

  • 01

    Full lead tracking

Every call, form and booking tracked back to the page and source it came from.

  • 02

    Conversion review

A plain list of where visitors drop off and why, ranked by how much it's costing you.

  • 03

    Page and form fixes

Rewritten copy, clearer calls to action, faster load times and shorter forms on the pages that matter most.

  • 04

    Before-and-after results

Monthly numbers showing how many more leads the same traffic is producing.

05Any industry

Works the same in any business.

  • 01

    Law firms

Practice area pages say exactly who you help and make a consultation request one tap away.

  • 02

    Contractors and trades

Quote forms ask only what's needed and show real project photos and reviews right beside them.

  • 03

    Salons and spas

Booking is the obvious button on every page instead of something buried in a menu.

  • 04

    Retail and ecommerce

Product pages answer the questions that stop people from buying and make checkout or a call to the store simple.

07Questions

Questions about conversions.

Why does my website get traffic but no leads?

Usually the page doesn't quickly answer "can they help me and how do I reach them." Slow mobile pages, vague headlines, long forms, hidden phone numbers and no proof of trust are the usual causes. It's also possible the traffic is the wrong traffic, which tracking will show.

Do I need a whole new website?

Often not. Many sites get much better results from fixing a handful of key pages. If your platform or design truly blocks progress, we'll say so and explain the reason.

How do you know where people drop off?

We set up tracking on every click and form, and use session recordings and heat maps that show how real visitors scroll and click, without collecting personal details. That shows where attention fades.

Does this work for my industry?

Yes. Whether the goal is a phone call, a booked appointment, a quote request or an online sale, the method is the same: measure, find the leak, fix it, measure again. We adjust the goal to how your business actually gets customers.

How soon will we see more leads?

Simple fixes like a visible phone number or a shorter form can show up in the numbers within weeks. Bigger changes take longer to measure fairly. We'll show you honest before-and-after numbers either way.
