Kept fast, safe, and handled.

A monthly program for maintenance, security, updates, uptime monitoring, backups, and support.

01The problem

A launched site is not a finished site.

Most sites go live and then get ignored. Software falls out of date, security patches pile up unapplied, backups turn out to be missing exactly when needed, and nobody notices the site went down until a customer mentions it days later. Neglect on a website is slow, and then it is sudden.

When something finally breaks, you are scrambling to find help and paying emergency rates while the site sits offline and leads go to voicemail. Steady care costs a fraction of a crisis, and it keeps the small problems, an expired certificate, a failed backup, a slow query, from ever becoming the big one.

02Why it matters

Why steady care beats scrambling.

  1. Always current

We apply software, dependency, and security patches on a schedule, so the site stays secure and stable instead of drifting into disrepair.

  2. Watched around the clock

Uptime and performance monitoring means we know the moment something goes wrong, often before you or your customers ever notice.

  3. Backed up and recoverable

Regular off-site backups and security hardening mean that if the worst happens, we restore you fast instead of rebuilding from memory.

  4. Support that knows your site

Need a change, a fix, or a new section? You have a team that already knows how your site is built, so it gets handled without the hunt.

03How we do it

How the care program works.

A repeatable process, run by the same in-house team from kickoff to launch.

  1. Step 01

    Monitor

We watch uptime and performance and run security scans, so issues surface early instead of after they cost you customers.

  2. Step 02

    Maintain

We apply updates, run backups, renew certificates, and keep the site fast and healthy on a set schedule.

  3. Step 03

    Support

You get a direct line for changes and fixes, handled by the team that built your site, with a set block of hours each month.

06Questions

Website care questions we get often.

What is included in a website care plan?

A website care plan includes maintenance, software and security updates, uptime and performance monitoring, regular off-site backups, and a set block of support time each month for changes and fixes. It is everything needed to keep a site fast, secure, and dependable after launch.

Do I have to be on a care plan after you build my site?

No, it is optional. You can maintain the site yourself using the setup and training we provide at handoff. Most clients choose care because it keeps the site handled and catches problems early, but it is your call, and there is no lock-in.

What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?

With a care plan, monitoring flags the outage fast and our off-site backups let us restore you quickly, often before customers notice. Without one, recovery means scrambling for help at emergency rates while the site sits offline and leads slip away.
