Analytics and Growth · Marketing Audit

Find every leak before you spend more.

A one-time deep review of your site, SEO, ads, and analytics, with a prioritized roadmap you can act on.

01The problem

Spending more on a broken funnel just loses money faster.

It is tempting to fix slow growth by buying more traffic. But if the site is slow, the tracking is wrong, or the ads target the wrong intent, more budget just pours through the same holes and disappears.

Most businesses cannot see their own leaks because everything is spread across tools and teams. Without one honest review of the whole stack, you keep guessing at which problem is actually costing you customers.

02Why it matters

What the audit gives you.

  1. The whole picture

One review across site, SEO, ads, and analytics, so you see how the pieces fail or feed each other, not four disconnected opinions.

  2. Leaks named and ranked

We pinpoint what is wasting money and what is missed, then rank each by impact so priorities are obvious.

  3. A roadmap you own

You walk away with a prioritized plan you can hand to any team, ours or your own. No lock-in.

  4. Confidence before you spend

You stop guessing. The next dollar goes to the fix with the clearest return, not the loudest complaint.

03How we do it

How we audit the whole stack.

A repeatable process, run by the same in-house team from kickoff to launch.

  1. Step 01

    Review everything

We dig into your site speed and structure, SEO and rankings, ad accounts, and analytics setup to see what is really happening.

  2. Step 02

    Diagnose the leaks

We find what is broken, what is wasting spend, and what is being left on the table, and we quantify it where the data allows.

  3. Step 03

    Prioritize the roadmap

We rank every finding by impact and effort, so you get a sequenced plan, not a list of complaints.

04What you get

06Questions

Marketing audit questions we get often.

What does the audit actually cover?

Your website and its speed, your SEO and rankings, your paid ad accounts, and your analytics and tracking setup. We look at how they perform on their own and how they feed each other, then rank what to fix first.

Do I have to hire you to do the fixes?

No. The roadmap is yours to keep and hand to any team, including your own. Many clients run the fixes in-house or ask us to handle the ones that need specialist work. There is no obligation.

How is this different from ongoing reporting?

The audit is a one-time deep review that finds problems and hands you a plan. Ongoing reporting is the continuous measurement that tracks results over time. Most businesses start with the audit, then move into reporting once the fixes are in.
