More bookings that are yours.

We help hotels, tour operators and attractions win travelers on Google, show them the experience on video, and book them direct, with every click and call tracked.

01Overview

What a hospitality marketing agency should fix first

The first job of a hospitality marketing agency is not more traffic. It is more of your bookings arriving through a door you own. Hotels, resorts, tour operators and attractions all face the same squeeze: online travel agencies and booking marketplaces bring volume, then take a cut and keep the guest. The more of your calendar they fill, the less margin and the less guest data you have.

Travelers still plan on Google. They search the destination, open Maps, compare photos and reviews, watch a clip, and then decide where to click Book. Each of those steps can send the booking to you or to a middleman. A good plan wins each step on purpose, so the direct option is the easiest, clearest and most trusted one on the screen.

Three problems every hospitality business shares

  • Platform dependence. OTAs and ticketing marketplaces are useful for reach, but every booking they own costs commission and hides the guest from you.
  • Seasonality. Demand spikes and drops by month, weather, school calendars and events. Marketing that runs at the same level all year wastes money in peak and goes quiet when you need it most.
  • A trust gap. First-time visitors cannot try you before they buy. Photos, video, reviews and clear policies have to do the convincing.

We solve these as one system. The same in-house team builds your website and booking path, runs your Google Business Profile, shoots your video, manages your ads and reads the numbers. That matters in hospitality because a rate change, a new tour or a holiday schedule has to show up everywhere at once, and it has to be tracked.

Our quick test: search your destination plus what you offer, the way a traveler would. Count how many of the clickable booking options on page one send the guest to you, and how many send them to someone who charges you for it. That ratio is the number we work to change.

02Channels

Channels that win direct bookings, and what each one does

Any hospitality marketing agency can list more channels than one budget can cover. The table is the decision sheet we use with owners and general managers. It shows what each channel is good for, where it goes wrong, and how it affects your direct share.

Google is where the booking battle happens

Google gives hospitality businesses direct booking tools that many never set up. Attractions and tour operators can list tickets and activities right on their Business Profile with a booking URL that points to their own site, according to Google's ticket and activity details help. Hotels can appear in free booking links through Hotel Center. Google's free booking links documentation says there is no cost for clicks and that bids have no impact on their ranking.

Those are free placements next to the paid ones, and they favor the property with accurate prices and a good landing page. Our local SEO and Google Business Profile service sets these up and keeps them accurate. Our Google Business Profile optimization guide covers every field, and our guide on how to rank higher on Google Maps explains what moves your listing.

Paid search: protect your name first

When a traveler searches your exact business name, resellers and marketplaces often bid on it. If you are not there, they collect the booking and charge you for it. Our Google Ads work starts with brand protection, then moves to experience searches such as tours, packages and stays near the attractions people come for. Every campaign points to a page built to book, not to your home page.

Video closes the trust gap

A traveler cannot test a sunset cruise or a suite before paying. Short, honest footage of the real experience, the real room and the real staff does that job. Our video production crew shoots clips for your site, your profile, your ads and social, cut for phones first.

03Why Unified

Why hospitality brands choose Unified.

Founded in 2006, 1,100+ businesses served, offices in South Florida and New Jersey.

  1. Direct share is the goal

Our hospitality marketing agency judges its work by how many of your bookings you own. Every channel we run, from the map listing to search ads to email, points travelers toward your own booking path, so less of your revenue pays a commission and more guests become people you can invite back.

  2. Tourism proof, not theory

We built the booking-focused system for Aces Airboat Tours: 334 pages, five Google Ads campaigns and 369 booking-button clicks in two months. As a hospitality marketing agency, we bring that same booking discipline to hotels, attractions and tours.

  3. Seasons built in

We plan your marketing on a season map, with different jobs for peak, shoulder and slow months. You spend hardest when travelers are booking and use slow months to build the pages, video and fixes that pay off next season.

  4. One team, video included

Strategy, hand-coded websites, Google Ads, local SEO, reviews and video all live under one roof. Your rates, tours and schedules stay consistent across every channel, and nobody has to coordinate five vendors.

04Seasons and proof

Seasonality, reviews and proof from tourism

Plan around the calendar, not against it

Most hospitality businesses earn most of their year in a few months, and a hospitality marketing agency that ignores that will waste your money. The mistake is running the same budget and message every month. We build a season map with you first: peak, shoulder and slow periods, local events, school breaks and weather patterns. Then each channel gets a job for each period.

SeasonGoalWhat we lean on
PeakProtect direct share and rateBrand search ads, profile booking links, fast booking path, review replies
ShoulderFill the edges of the seasonRemarketing, email to past guests, packages, event content
SlowBuild demand and prepareVideo shoots, content and SEO pages, site fixes, group and private bookings

Slow months are when we do the work that pays off in peak: new pages for the experiences people search, fresh video, and booking path fixes. By the time demand returns, the system is ready, and the ad budget can go to the weeks when travelers are actually booking.

Reviews: ask everyone, answer everyone

Ratings drive travel decisions, and the rules are clear. Google's Maps content policy prohibits discouraging negative reviews, asking only happy guests, and paying or discounting for reviews. We never buy, fake or gate reviews. Our playbook on how to get more Google reviews shows the honest ask we use at checkout and after a tour, and our online reputation management team answers every review in your voice.

Proof: Aces Airboat Tours

Aces Airboat Tours runs Everglades airboat tours, a classic tourism business that lives on travelers searching on their phones. We built a booking-focused site with 334 pages live, set up five Google Ads campaigns, and pointed every page toward the booking button. In the first two months the site logged 369 booking-button clicks. The full story is in the Aces Airboat Tours case study.

Our local search work also put the Center for Spiritual Living first on Google and Maps in Fort Lauderdale and moved 732 events onto a custom events platform, which is the same discipline a venue or event-driven hospitality business needs.

05First 90 days

Your first 90 days with our hospitality marketing agency

As your hospitality marketing agency, we sequence the work so the fixes that affect bookings already happening come first, and the slower-building work starts early enough to matter by next season.

WeeksWhat we doWhat you get
1 to 2Audit the traveler path on Google, your booking engine, your OTA mix, your reviews and tracking. Install call, form and booking-click tracking.A ranked punch list and a season map
3 to 4Rebuild your Business Profile with booking links, ticket or room details, photos and seasonal hours. Launch brand-protection search ads.More of your name searches booking direct
5 to 8Fix the booking path on mobile, build pages for each experience or room type, start the review routine, plan the first video shoot.A faster path from search to booking
9 to 12Expand search ads to experience terms, add remarketing and past-guest email, deliver the first monthly report on direct share.Spend tied to bookings, not clicks

UnifiedIQ, our own platform, tracks every call and form back to its source and scores each page for SEO, so you can see whether a booking came from the map, a search ad or a video. It can also send offline conversions to Google Ads, which helps your campaigns learn from real bookings instead of page views. Our call tracking setup catches phone bookings, which many properties never attribute.

What we measure

  • Direct bookings as a share of all bookings, by month and season
  • Booking-button clicks and completed bookings on your site
  • Profile views, calls, direction requests and booking-link clicks
  • Brand search share: how often your own ad or listing wins your name
  • Rating and review volume against your closest competitors
  • Past-guest repeat bookings from email and remarketing

06Choosing an agency

How to choose a hospitality marketing agency

Owners and general managers in hospitality hear the same pitch from many agencies: more followers, more traffic, a new website. The right hospitality marketing agency talks about direct share, seasons and the booking path. Ask these questions of anyone you consider, including us.

Questions to ask

  1. How will you raise the share of bookings that come direct, and how will you measure it?
  2. What will you do in my slow season, and how does the budget change by month?
  3. Who is bidding on my business name today, and what is your plan for it?
  4. How do you track a phone booking or a walk-up back to the channel that produced it?
  5. How do you ask for reviews, and is it compliant with Google's policy?
  6. Will my ad accounts, profile, website and guest list be in my name?

Red flags

  • Reports that show impressions and followers but never bookings or direct share.
  • Ads that send travelers to your home page instead of a booking page.
  • No plan for brand protection while resellers bid on your name.
  • Review schemes, paid reviews or funnels that only send happy guests to Google.
  • The same budget every month, with no season map.
  • A website template that adds steps to booking or hides the total until the end.

A good hospitality marketing agency would rather tell you where you stand than sell you a package, and so would we. Bring us your season, your channel mix and your OTA share, and we will show you the first three things we would change. Start a conversation with our team.

07How we work

How a hospitality engagement runs.

One in-house team, one season plan, every booking tracked.

  1. Step 01

    Map the traveler path

We search like your guests do, audit your profile, booking engine, OTA mix, reviews and tracking, and build a season map with you. You get a ranked list of what is sending bookings away.

  2. Step 02

    Fix the direct path

We rebuild your Google listing with booking links, protect your brand in search, speed up your booking path on mobile and start the review routine. These fixes usually move direct share fastest.

  3. Step 03

    Build demand

We add pages for each experience or room type, shoot short video, expand search ads to experience terms and set up remarketing and past-guest email, each with a seasonal budget you approve.

  4. Step 04

    Report and tune

Every month you see bookings by source, direct share and what we are changing. We move money between channels as the season turns, and we plan slow-season work early.

10Questions

Hospitality marketing questions, answered.

What does a hospitality marketing agency do?

It helps hotels, resorts, tour operators and attractions get found by travelers, earn their trust and book them, ideally direct. That covers your Google Business Profile and booking links, a booking-focused website, search ads that protect your brand, short video, reviews, email to past guests and tracking that shows which channel produced each booking.

Should we stop listing on OTAs?

Usually not, and a hospitality marketing agency that says otherwise is ignoring the reach. OTAs and marketplaces bring reach in new markets and fill last-minute gaps. The goal is to stop them from owning your repeat guests and your brand searches. We make booking direct faster and more rewarding, defend your name in search, and use email and remarketing to bring past guests back to your own site.

How do you handle seasonality?

We start with a season map: peak, shoulder and slow periods, local events and school calendars. Peak months focus on protecting direct share and rate. Shoulder months use remarketing, packages and past-guest email. Slow months are for video, new pages and site fixes that pay off when demand returns. Budgets move with the calendar.

Can you help tours and attractions, not just hotels?

Yes. Our tourism proof is Aces Airboat Tours in the Everglades, where we built 334 pages and five Google Ads campaigns and logged 369 booking-button clicks in the first two months. Attractions can also list tickets and activities on their Google Business Profile with a booking link to their own site, which we set up.

How do you track whether marketing produced bookings?

We install call, form and booking-click tracking in the first two weeks through UnifiedIQ, our own platform, which traces each inquiry back to its source. Where your booking engine allows, we connect completed bookings too. UnifiedIQ can send offline conversions to Google Ads so campaigns learn from real bookings.

How do you get more reviews without breaking rules?

We ask every guest the same way after their stay or tour, with a short link and no incentive, and we reply to every review. Google's policy prohibits gating, selective asks and incentives, and the FTC's 2024 rule bans fake and bought reviews. We never buy, fake or gate reviews.

What does it cost to work with you?

We scope each engagement after a first call around your property, season and goals, and we do not publish set prices. You approve the plan and the ad budget up front, ad spend runs in accounts you own, and the monthly report shows what each channel produced. Call (954) 758-7200 to start.
