Marketing your sales team will trust.

We help B2B companies reach every person on the buying committee, stay present through long sales cycles, and tie every channel to pipeline in your CRM.

01Overview

What a B2B marketing agency should change for you

The right B2B marketing agency should change one thing above all: how many good conversations your sales team has each month. B2B deals rarely start with an ad click and end with a checkout. They start with a problem someone has, spread across several people who each need different proof, and close weeks or months later. Marketing has to work across that whole stretch, not just at the first touch.

That is why so much work from the average B2B marketing agency disappoints. It gets judged on leads, so it optimizes for form fills. Sales gets a list of students, competitors and job seekers, stops trusting marketing, and the two teams start arguing about numbers instead of winning deals. We fix that by agreeing on what a qualified opportunity is first, then building every channel to produce more of them.

Four realities of B2B buying

  • Long sales cycles. The first visit and the signed contract can be months apart, so attribution has to remember where each deal started.
  • Buying committees. A user, a manager, finance, IT and sometimes legal each need a different answer. One message will not reach them all.
  • Most of the research happens before contact. Buyers read your site, compare vendors and ask AI assistants long before they fill in a form.
  • The CRM is the scoreboard. If source data is not in the CRM, marketing cannot prove anything, and budget decisions become opinion.

Our consulting and strategy work starts there: who your best accounts are, who sits on the committee, what each person needs to believe, and which channels reach them. If you need senior marketing leadership without a full-time hire, our fractional CMO service covers that role.

The first exercise we run: list your last ten closed deals and, for each, who was involved, what they read or watched, and where the first touch came from. The patterns in that list usually rewrite the marketing plan.

02Channels

B2B channels compared: what each one does in the cycle

B2B budgets get spread thin across too many channels, often by a B2B marketing agency that sells every service it offers. We would rather run fewer channels well, each with a clear job in the sales cycle. This is the map we start from.

LinkedIn for accounts and roles

LinkedIn is the one paid channel built around job data. Its targeting options include company name, industry and size, plus job title, function and seniority. You can also upload a list of target accounts: LinkedIn's company and contact targeting help describes building audiences from lists of priority companies, with a minimum ad set audience of 300 members. That makes account-based campaigns possible without a large platform.

We run LinkedIn as part of our paid social work, with different creative for each committee role: outcomes for executives, workflows for users, security and integration detail for IT. Our Google Ads team covers high-intent searches, with each campaign sent to a dedicated page from our landing page design team.

Content that earns the shortlist

Expert content is the backbone of B2B marketing because it works at every stage and keeps working. Our content marketing team writes from interviews with your engineers, account managers and leadership, so the content says things competitors cannot copy. Google's guidance on people-first content rewards that kind of first-hand experience. Our content marketing strategy guide shows how we plan by stage, and our SEO team builds the structure around it. Buyers increasingly ask AI assistants for vendor lists, and our guide on how to rank in ChatGPT explains how companies get named there.

03Why Unified

Why B2B companies choose Unified.

Founded in 2006, 1,100+ businesses served, offices in South Florida and New Jersey, serving companies across the United States.

  1. Pipeline over lead counts

We agree with your sales team on what a qualified opportunity is, then build every channel to produce more of them. As a B2B marketing agency, we report on opportunities, pipeline value and revenue by source, not form fills.

  2. CRM built in, not bolted on

We implement and build CRMs, including the full CRM and booking platform behind HuntReserve. Source data, stages and offline conversions get set up properly, so marketing can prove what it produced months later.

  3. Content for the whole committee

We interview your experts and write for each person who signs off: executives, users, finance and IT. Your sales team gets proof they can forward instead of one generic deck.

  4. Senior people, one team

Strategy, content, design, hand-coded websites, SEO, LinkedIn and Google Ads, and CRM work all sit in one in-house team run by senior specialists, so nothing gets lost between vendors.

04CRM and committees

CRM, attribution and the buying committee

Build the CRM before the campaigns

A B2B program lives or dies in the CRM. Every lead needs its source, the first page it saw, the campaign and the ad click ID saved at the moment it arrives. Deal stages need clear definitions so marketing and sales count the same way. Without that, a deal that closes in month five gets credited to whatever touched it last, usually a sales email, and the channel that found it gets cut.

Our CRM implementation team sets up pipelines, fields and handoffs in the platform you use, and when off-the-shelf tools do not fit, we do a custom CRM build. Our guide to CRM for small business covers how to choose and set one up. We built a full CRM and booking platform for HuntReserve, with nine drag-and-drop pipeline stages, so we know what a pipeline needs to be measurable.

Close the loop with the ad platforms

Ad platforms optimize toward whatever you tell them is a conversion. If that is a form fill, they find more form fills. Google's offline conversion import documentation explains how a click ID stored with a lead can be sent back to Google Ads when a sale happens offline. We use that to feed qualified opportunities and closed deals back, so campaigns learn what a real buyer looks like. UnifiedIQ, our own platform, tracks every call and form back to its source and can send offline conversions to Google Ads.

A content map for the committee

Executive sponsorThis moves a business number and the risk is lowOutcome case studies, short ROI framing, peer proof

We also build nurture sequences that send each role the right material at the right stage, through our email marketing team. For proof of how we build content systems, HonestyInsure.com got 144 indexed pages and guides and 31 state pages from us, and our team has built for Nu Skin, the beauty and wellness company behind the ageLOC system.

05First 90 days

Your first 90 days with our B2B marketing agency

As your B2B marketing agency, we start by agreeing on definitions with sales, then fix measurement, then launch the channels that fit your deal size. The sequence keeps us from scaling spend on data nobody trusts.

WeeksWhat we doWhat you get
1 to 2Interview sales and leadership, review the last ten closed and lost deals, audit the CRM, analytics, site and ad accounts. Agree on what a qualified opportunity is.A shared definition of success and a ranked fix list
3 to 4Fix CRM source fields and stages, set up offline conversions, rebuild contact, service and case study pages.Clean data and pages that convert serious buyers
5 to 8Launch intent-matched search campaigns, build target account lists for LinkedIn, publish the first expert content and committee assets.More qualified conversations, fewer junk leads
9 to 12Launch role-based nurture, expand content, run the first pipeline review with sales.A budget plan based on opportunities and revenue by channel

What we measure

  • Sales qualified opportunities, by channel and campaign
  • Pipeline value and closed revenue attributed to marketing
  • Cost per qualified opportunity, not cost per lead
  • Engagement from target accounts on the site and in ads
  • Sales cycle length and win rate by first-touch source
  • Mentions and citations in AI assistant answers for your category

Reports go to marketing and sales together, monthly, in plain language. If sales does not agree with the numbers, we fix the definitions before we spend more.

06Choosing an agency

How to choose a B2B marketing agency

Marketing leads and owners in B2B get pitched by agencies that mostly know consumer tactics. The right B2B marketing agency talks about accounts, committees, cycle length and the CRM. Ask these questions of anyone you interview, including us.

Questions to ask

  1. How will you define a qualified opportunity, and will sales sign off on it?
  2. How will a deal that closes six months after the first touch get credited?
  3. What content will you produce for each person on our buying committee?
  4. When would you use LinkedIn instead of Google Ads for us, and why?
  5. Who writes our content, and how will they learn our business?
  6. Will the CRM, ad accounts and analytics stay in our name?

Red flags

  • Success defined as lead volume, with no link to opportunities or revenue.
  • A content calendar that could belong to any company in any industry.
  • LinkedIn campaigns judged on click cost instead of account engagement.
  • No plan to involve sales in defining or reviewing results.
  • No CRM work, just a promise to send leads by email.
  • Promises of rankings, lead counts or pipeline by a date.

A good B2B marketing agency would rather tell you what it sees than sell you a package. Bring us your last ten deals, your CRM stages and your current channel mix, and we will show you the three changes we would make first. Talk to our team.

07How we work

How a B2B engagement runs.

Definitions with sales first, then measurement, then channels.

  1. Step 01

    Align with sales

We interview sales and leadership, review recent won and lost deals, and agree on what a qualified opportunity is. Everything later is measured against that shared definition.

  2. Step 02

    Fix the scoreboard

We clean up CRM fields and stages, capture source data and click IDs, set up offline conversions and rebuild the pages serious buyers use to decide whether to talk to you.

  3. Step 03

    Launch by fit

We launch the channels that fit your deal size: intent search, LinkedIn for target accounts, expert content and role-based nurture, each with a job in the cycle.

  4. Step 04

    Review pipeline together

Each month marketing and sales review opportunities and revenue by source together. We scale what produces pipeline and cut what does not.

10Questions

B2B marketing questions, answered.

What does a B2B marketing agency do?

It helps a company that sells to other businesses reach the right accounts, earn trust across the buying committee and feed sales qualified opportunities. That includes strategy, expert content, SEO and AI search, LinkedIn and Google Ads, email nurture and CRM setup so every deal can be traced to its source. A good agency reports on pipeline and revenue.

How is B2B marketing different from consumer marketing?

B2B deals involve several decision makers, longer sales cycles and higher stakes per deal. Buyers research heavily before talking to sales. That means content for each committee role, channels that can target by company and job title, nurture that lasts months, and attribution stored in the CRM so a deal that closes late still credits the right source.

Is LinkedIn worth it for B2B?

Often, when your deal size supports it. LinkedIn lets you target by company, industry, size, job title, function and seniority, and upload a list of target accounts, so it reaches the people who sign. We judge it on account engagement and opportunities rather than click cost, because a cheap click from the wrong company is worth nothing.

How do you prove marketing produced revenue?

We capture source data and ad click IDs in your CRM when each lead arrives, define deal stages with sales, and report on opportunities and revenue by first touch and by campaign. We can send qualified opportunities and closed deals back to Google Ads as offline conversions, so campaigns optimize toward real buyers.

Do you work with our existing CRM?

Yes. We implement and clean up the CRM you already use, with pipelines, fields, automations and handoffs that match how you sell. When off-the-shelf tools do not fit, we build custom CRMs, like the platform we built for HuntReserve with nine drag-and-drop pipeline stages.

How long until we see more qualified opportunities?

Fixes to conversion pages and intent search campaigns can affect qualified conversations within weeks. LinkedIn account programs and nurture build over the first quarter. Expert content and SEO compound over six to twelve months. Because cycles are long, we track leading signals, like target account engagement, while deals mature.

What does it cost?

We scope each engagement after a first call around your market, deal size and goals, and we do not publish set prices. You approve the plan and ad budgets up front, spend runs in accounts you own, and the monthly report shows what each channel produced. Call (954) 758-7200 to start.
