What We Solve · Getting customers

Social posts that lead somewhere.

Posting every week and hearing nothing back wears you down. Social can bring in business, but only when each post has a reason to exist.

01The problem

Busy feeds, quiet phones.

A salon owner posts three times a week. A few likes from regulars, maybe a comment from a cousin, and no new bookings she can point to. Every post takes an hour she doesn't have, and after six months it feels like shouting into a room nobody is in.

Most small business social fails for the same reasons. Posts are generic, made from stock photos or templates that look like everyone else's. There is no plan for what each post should get someone to do. And there's no way to tell if a message or booking came from Instagram or from somewhere else.

The usual fixes don't help much. Posting more often just makes more of the same content. Boosting random posts spends money on reach without a goal. Handing it to a nephew or a cheap posting service keeps the feed active but doesn't connect it to the business.

02What changes

What changes when social has a job.

  1. Posts with a purpose

Every post is built to do something specific, like get a booking, answer a common question, or show finished work.

  2. Content that looks like you

Real photos and short video of your team, your space and your work, so people recognize you before they ever call.

  3. Your time back

We plan, create and schedule the posts. You approve them and get back to running the business.

  4. Proof it's working

Messages, link clicks and bookings from social are tracked, so you know which posts brought people in.

03How we fix it

How we turn posting into progress.

A repeatable process, run by the same in-house team from kickoff to launch.

  1. Step 01

    Pick the goal

We agree on what social should do for you, whether that's bookings, calls, foot traffic or trust, and which platforms your customers actually use.

  2. Step 02

    Build a content plan

We map a month of posts around your services, seasons and the questions customers ask, with a mix of education, proof and offers.

  3. Step 03

    Create and publish

We shoot or gather real content, write the captions, and post on a steady schedule. You review before anything goes live.

  4. Step 04

    Measure and adjust

We track what drives messages and visits, do more of what works, and drop what doesn't. Paid boosts go only to proven posts.

07Questions

Questions about social that goes nowhere.

Why isn't my social media bringing in customers?

Usually because the posts don't ask anyone to do anything, the content looks generic, or there's no easy way to book or call from the profile. It can also be the wrong platform for your customers. We look at all four before we change a thing.

Which platforms should my business be on?

The ones your customers already use. For many local businesses that's Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile. B2B companies often do better on LinkedIn. Being great on two platforms beats being invisible on five.

Do I have to be on camera?

No, though it helps when owners or staff appear sometimes. We can build a plan around your work, your space and your customers' results. If you're open to it, we'll make filming quick and painless.

Does this work for my industry?

Yes. We've built social content for beauty brands, medical practices, tour operators, community groups and service businesses. What you post changes by industry. Giving every post a job and tracking the result works for all of them.

Should I pay to boost posts?

Sometimes. We'd rather put money behind posts that have already proven they get people to act, with a clear audience and goal. Boosting random posts mostly buys likes from people who will never be customers.
